Granta is overseen by a voluntary Board of Management, elected by the Society's shareholders. The Board of Management's main role being to assist in formulating policy and monitoring its subsequent implementation.
The Members of the Board are all unpaid volunteers who contribute a broad range of professional skills, experience and knowledge and who have a specific interest in protecting the values of the Society and promoting its work. Under the direction of the Board of Management, senior staff undertake the day-to-day administration of the Society, supported by over 460 other employees working in the Head Office and within various housing and care projects throughout the Eastern Region.
