Housing Provision

We are involved in a whole range of affordable housing initiatives. We provide shared ownership where you part buy/part rent your home to make ownership more affordable, with the opportunity to buy up to 100% and own the home completely. We also have fixed equity schemes where the share that is bought cannot be increased, but you get your proportion of any increase in value of the property on subsequent sale. Some schemes are targetted at Government key workers in health, education, the police etc. For more information click on the links to the left.
