Granta Housing Society is a charitable housing association with over 2,600 homes in all six counties of the East Region. The Society is an Investor in People employer with 460 staff providing a wide range of services to residents. Granta builds affordable rented housing, low cost homes for sale and key worker accommodation for sale or rent. The Society is also a major partner for social and health care agencies, providing accommodation for vulnerable people requiring care and support. Granta is a successful, growing organisation with plans to develop 800 more homes within the next four years.
