Supported Housing & Care Brochures

Granta Housing Society have a number of Schemes spread throughout the Eastern region. The schemes are listed below and by clicking on to any of the relevant scheme titles, this will lead you into the Scheme's brochure. The brochure outlines the services and facilities being provided. It will contain contact numbers that you can use should you wish to seek further information about the Scheme. All of our brochures are currently being reviewed and new versions will be issued shortly.
