Housing Provision

Granta has over 1,500 rented houses, flats and bunglows at various locations in the region, (apart from our low cost home ownership schemes and staffed accommodation providing care and support). Most of our stock is in the Cambridge Sub-Region, (See Applying for Housing for a list of areas where we operate). In most areas new tenants are nominated by the local authority from Council waiting lists to Granta. With few exceptions we do not keep our own waiting lists nor deal with applications made directly to the Society.
