Meet the Team
General Housing Team:
Jon Maxwell Housing Operations Director. Jon heads the Housing Operations directorate, in charge of general needs housing and maintenance
Dan Thurlow Neighbourhood Manager. Daniel is responsible for the Neighbourhood Team, who deal with allocations & lettings, anti-social behaviour, tenancy & estate management, resident involvement and community investment.
Debra Darlow Senior Neighbourhood Officer. Debra deals with all Choice Based Lettings and allocations (including chasing for references, inputting voids, getting waiting lists, contacting applicants), voids, estate inspections and line management of the Neighbourhood Officers.
Pat Daniels Resident Involvement Co-Ordinator Pat is the Housing Team's Resident Involvement Co-ordinator. She works with residents to support them in forming Residents' Groups, so that we can all work together to provide a better service. She encourages residents to become more involved with the groups and looks at other ways in which they can become involved.
Kelly Fox Trainee Neighbourhood Officer. As a member of the Neighbourhood Team, Kelly is responsible for tenancy & estate management, lettings, anti-social behaviour and laundry tokens.
John Cresswell Neighbourhood Officer. John is part of the Neighbourhood Team, dealing with anti-social behaviour, tenancy and estate management and lettings, and monitoring cleaning contractors. On Mondays and Tuesdays John works from the Northampton office, and Wednesday to Friday he is normally based at Horizon Park.
Mark Joseph Neighbourhood Officer. Mark is part of the Neighbourhood Team and deals with estate and tenancy management and lettings, anti-social behaviour, and monitoring our cleaning contractors.
Mair Walker Income Manager. Mair line manages the Income Team which deals with the collection of all income into Granta. This includes current and former tenant rent arrears, recharges and all sundry debts. Mair is also the contact point for all Leasehold issues eg. Lease enquiries, Right to Acquire and Lease extensions.
Pauline Green Income Officer. Pauline is part of the Income Team and deals with all income matters, such as rent and arrears collection, housing benefits, financial advice and service charges.
Ann-Marie Noble Income Officer. Ann - Marie is an Income Officer and is responsible for rent and arrears collection, dealing with housing benefits, service charges and giving financial advice.
Sharon Lock Customer Service Co-Ordinator. Sharon line manages the administration staff in the housing department & reception and services all Committee meetings and resident surveys. She also arranges fair rent increases and carries out procedures on annual assured rent increases and services charges. Sharon monitors admin budgets and is the office organiser/co-ordinator for all non-departmental tasks.
