Repairs & Maintenance
Granta's Maintenance Department provides a comprehensive maintenance service to tenants and leaseholders, and residents. To ensure a high standard of service delivery and level of resident satisfaction the Department has a dedicated team who have responsibility for day to day repairs, planned and major works and for annual and regular servicing contracts.
Strategically the Department is also responsible for the assets of the Society to ensure that the long term viability of the homes we own and manage continue to be a viable resource to serve the needs of the communities we work within.
