Learning Disability ServicesThe Society has developed 150 bedsits and flats for people with a range of learning disabilities. In most schemes we provide both management and care, but in some we act only as landlord and another specialist agency delivers care or support services. We have a wide range of models of housing provision such as Registered Schemes, Registered Nursing Homes, Supported Housing Schemes and Floating Support. Accommodation is arranged to suit the range of needs and aspirations identified within this client group, some of these services provide 24-hour care and support, others provide services based on a number of hours per week.
