allpay.net
| allpay swipe card |
allpay.net is the UK's most complete payment solution specialist. With over 50,000 conveniently located UK outlets accepting payments on allpay.net's electronic swipe card network (Post Office, e-pay and PAYzone) and payments by Telephone, Internet, and Direct Debit also offered, allpay.net provides the largest network of outlets and the greatest payment flexibility twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.
The smart plastic card identifies your account only to the extent that payments made to retailers can be quickly and accurately credited to your rent account. It holds no personal details about yourself or the amount of rent you pay or your account balance - such information is strictly confidential between Granta Housing Society and its residents.
To order a new or replacement allpay card, please contact your project manager.

| The Post Office® Network |
The Post Office® network, with approximately 16,000 outlets, is the largest retail branch network in the UK.
All a resident needs to do is hand over their allpay.net plastic swipe card at the counter along with their cash, cheque, or debit card. The transaction is processed and a receipt is printed for the resident to retain as proof of payment.
| The e-pay Network |
e-pay outlets are predominantly located in small independent retailers such as convenience stores, service stations and newsagents providing long and convenient opening hours.
An allpay.net plastic card is accepted with cash at all participating e-pay outlets, with many outlets also accepting debit cards. The transaction is processed and the resident is issued with a receipt as proof of each transaction carried out.
| The PAYzone Network |
PAYzone operates 24,500 UK outlets and is the fastest-growing of the partner networks, so widespread that 95% of UK residents live within one mile of their nearest PAYzone. For the remaining 5% mainly living in rural areas, the distance from their nearest PAYzone is still usually only 5 miles.
Situated within local retail outlets, PAYzone can be easily identified by the pink livery.
The allpay.net plastic card is accepted in all PAYzone outlets along with a payment in cash or with a debit card. The resident is issued with a receipt for each transaction made as proof of payment.

| Telephone (IVR) Payments |
allpay.net's automated voice recognition software for telephones, known as IVR (Interactive Voice Response), has secure and authorised payment processing at its core. This service allows residents to make their payments by telephone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with automatic connection to a customer service representative if unsuccessful.
IVR is easy to use and highly convenient. It offers residents the flexibility to pay their rent at a time that suits them.
Payments via IVR can only be made using a debit card - Switch / Maestro.
To use the Telephone (IVR) Payments system, please call: 0870 770 0472

| Internet (allpayments.net) Payments |
September 2004 saw the launch of allpay.net's new secure Internet Payment Service, allpayments.net.
allpayments.net allows residents to pay their rent online, free of charge, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Residents simply log on, enter their payment details (payments are accepted using debit cards only - Switch / Maestro) and, upon successful completion of a transaction, print off or save the Authorisation Code and Audit Reference which appears on screen.

| Direct Debit |
A Direct Debit is an instruction from a resident to their bank or building society authorising their Landlord to collect funds directly from their account, as long as the resident has been given advance notification of the collection amounts and dates.
To order a Direct Debit mandate, please contact your project manager, complete the form and return the form to Granta Housing Society. Your rent will automatically be taken from your bank account every week / month. We will inform you a month in advance by letter of any changes to your rent and will inform the bank on your behalf.
