| Payments can be made into our HSBC bank rent collection account using a standing order payment direct from your bank / building society account. To set up a standing order, please print off the form below, complete your details and pass the completed form to your bank / building society. Your rent will automatically be taken from your bank account every week / month. We will inform you a month in advance by letter of any changes to your rent at which point you will need to complete a new standing order form showing the new rent payment and forward the form to your bank / building society. It is essential that residents enter their Tenancy Reference in the "Special Instruction" box (just below your bank account details) on the standing order form before submitting it to your bank / building society.
