Sheltered Housing

Vicerons Place, Thorley, Hertfordshire Vicerons Place is currently under construction, with planned opening in the summer 2005. The scheme is a 24 unit sheltered housing complex with provision for 10 extra care flats. Each flat is self contained and has either one or two bedrooms. It is possible should the need arise that one bedroom flats can be converted to two bedroom to accommodate a partner or live in carer.

The scheme which will be set in landscaped gardens has an abundance of communal facilities, including common room with bar, laundry, hairdressing salon, internet rooms, communal kitchen and dining room and guest accommodation.
