Annual leave

The annual leave of at least 22 days (25+ days for office based posts). Annual leave increases with length of service. Additionally 8 bank holidays are recognised, with double time PLUS time off in lieu offered in respect of any bank holidays that an employee is required to work.

Pension scheme

  • Optional membership of the contributory Social Housing Pension Scheme (SHPS) which is operated by the Pensions Trust. This is a Career Average Revalued Earnings (CARE) Option Scheme. The current employer contribution is set at 12.2% of salary.

As an Investor in People, Granta offers all staff:

  • Regular supervision, appraisal and on-going support.

In addition, a Care & Support NVQ programme is in operation, and our Career Development and Management Development Strategy promote internal career development within a context of Equal Opportunities.
